Terms and Conditions
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
E-Design is an online designing consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes. The client is responsible for providing all information regarding the project prior to the start of the design process.
Within 7 business days of receiving your photos, measurements, and deposit, Emilyeveryday will create up to two custom design boards for your space. Designs will be submitted for your review via e-mail. Upon receipt of your feedback of these designs, Emily will make up to two rounds of revisions. Further revisions will incur additional costs ($20/revision). The final design will also include a product shopping list and tailored recommendations based on your space.
PAYMENT:
In return for services rendered, the client agrees to pay a 33% nonrefundable deposit to commence any design project and the remaining payment when the final design is approved but before it is delivered.
Payments can be made electronically via Paypal () or Venmo (ekb81) unless otherwise discussed.
PHOTO RELEASE:
The client understands that custom design boards of their space may be used for social media purposes. However, client’s personal information/photos will not be released without authorized consent.
